What does R.C.I.A. stand for?   Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults

The R.C. I.A. process is a guided journey to prepare for sacramental initiation and entry into the Catholic Church. Candidates (those already baptized), and catechumens (those who have not been baptized), both participate in this learning, invigorating process of  conversion.
